Mountain City-Johnson County, TN is located in the Northeast Corner of Tennessee just miles from Bristol, TN and miles from Johnson City, TN and    miles from Boone, NC and approximately  miles from Knoxville, TN.  Johnson County is in the extreme eastern county of the State of Tennessee. It is bounded on the north by Virginia and on the east and southeast by North Carolina.
